Introduction

Glamp is an innovative new platform designed to streamline the booking process for glampsites, providing professional-level marketing, promotion, and booking services for glampsite owners. By offering these services in one comprehensive package, Glamp eliminates the need for owners to piece together various elements of their web presence or rely on expensive platforms like Airbnb. This case study will walk you through the product management process that led to the creation of Glamp.

 

Ideation and Market Research

The idea for Glamp originated from the observation that many glampsite owners struggled to effectively market and manage their bookings. This challenge often led to a disjointed web presence and reliance on costly platforms. To validate this pain point, our team conducted thorough market research, which included:

  • Analyzing the glamping industry and its growth potential
  • Identifying target customers and their needs
  • Assessing competitors and alternative solutions

The research confirmed that there was a significant demand for an all-in-one solution that simplifies marketing and booking for glampsite owners.
